About this Award
Visualizing Science for the Public is an international competition sponsored by Science Visualization, LLC. The competition was established to recognize outstanding achievements in visually-driven science communication. The focus is on art, imaging, and animation rather than photography and film. Visualization is one of the key ways scientific discoveries and advances in understanding are communicated to the public.
