According to this news release, there’s new promise for T-rays, which are comprised of wavelengths between infrared and microwave. Haven’t seen too many images yet, but it is early days. This image is a CT scan. You may have heard recent reports that this commonly used medical imaging tool is now associated with increasing cancer risk. The T-rays are supposed to be more benign, making them better for zapping people to see if they are carrying.
